Aunt Lolly sent this to me yesterday:
David Schlichtmann called this morning to let us know that Carolyn Jean is in St. Mary’s hospital. She fell at home, and they have been doing all kinds of tests to find out the trouble, but have found none so far. They think it may be her kidneys, and the cancer. She is in room 310. I ask David if I could contact you about putting this information on the family web site. He said I could. For now just say(Carolyn Jean is not doing well, and prayers for her are requested.)
I can’t find an address for St. Mary’s hospital, new address, but I know it’s on Mission Drive, I’m sure she would enjoy card’s.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Carolyn Jean and her family.

God in his mercy has called home to himself the soul of our precious, and loving niece, Carolyn Jean Schlichtmann. She will lie in state at Houser-Millard Funeral home Friday, with the funeral on Saturday at Trinity Lutheran. More information will follow.
