  1. Ditto what Lolly said. I tried to like them, but never could. I saw a recipe in the Cole County Cookbook that was similar but called for honey instead of molasses. That, I think, might be good (edible).

  2. My mom says she tried to make a smaller batch one time and they dried out and were really hard. She thinks she might have used too much flour. I know Sarah put the recipe in a class cookbook one time when she was little.
